We currently only deliver to Avalon and Stone Harbor, NJ. Staying in Sea Isle or Wildwood? Our items are available for customer pickup and return at our Avalon location with pre-order. What if I want to rent for more than one week? If you want to keep the linens for more than one week without them being changed, place your order and indicate that you have "Modified Dates" in the "Vacation Dates" field. Click the modified dates check box to tell us how long your are staying. Once we receive and review your order we will update it with the appropriate charges and send you an updated confirmation The fee for additional weeks will be 50% of your first week's cost. If you want us to deliver new linens for each week that you will be on vacation, place your order for each vacation week. How far in advance should I make reservations? You should make your reservations as soon as you know your vacation dates. As hard as we try, we do sell out many weekends. Do you provide daily rental rates? Only for beach equipment rented from our shop without delivery. What is your Cancellation Policy? If notice of cancellation is provided at least one week prior to your delivery date, you will not be charged. After that time, cancellation will carry a $50.00 cancellation fee. ** We are not charging any cancellation fees for cancellations due to the Covid19 virus ** Can I add to or change my order later? Yes. To add onto your order, up to one week before your arrival, simply go online and place another order. To change an existing order at any time or to add onto an order less than a week before your arrival, call or email us and we will make our best effort to accommodate you. Do you confirm the rental? Yes. You will receive an email confirmation after you place your reservation online. If you order over the phone, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as we've entered the order into our system. When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged the entire amount one week before your rental. Can I pick up the rental items myself? Yes. If you are not staying in Avalon or Stone Harbor you may pickup and return your order at our Avalon location with pre-approval. Is there a delivery or pickup fee? No. What items need to be cleaned at the end of the rental period? You are not expected to clean the linens, towels, blankets, etc. Beach equipment should be dry and free of sand. How do we return the rental items? Rental items must be outside, in our supplied laundry bags and with the containers that they arrived in and ready for pickup by 9:00 am on the day of departure. Even if we made your beds before arrival, items must be place outside the rental property for pickup. Fees will be charged according to our Terms if we need to enter the rental property to retrieve our items. What happens if I lose an item? We may charge a fee representing the replacement cost of the item. |
