We currently only deliver to Avalon and Stone Harbor, NJ. Staying in Sea Isle or Wildwood? Our items are available for customer pickup and return at our Avalon location with pre-order. Do you only deliver on Saturdays? No. Saturdays are definitely our busiest day of the week but we can delivery any day of the week. What if I want to rent for more than one week? Our online store offers three different categories to shop from. "1-Week Stay", "2-Week Stay" and "3-Week Stay". Shop all of your items from the category that matches how long you will be staying. The fee for additional weeks is 60% of the first week's cost. This fee is built into the category's pricing. If you are staying for more than three weeks, you can place your order using the 1-Week Stay category but note in the "Special Instructions" field during checkout how long you are staying. Once we receive and review your order we will update it with the appropriate charges and send you an updated confirmation. Alternately, you can call us to place this type of order over the phone. If you want us to deliver new linens for each week that you will be on vacation, place "1-Week Stay" orders for each vacation week. How far in advance should I make reservations? You should make your reservations as soon as you know your vacation dates. As hard as we try, we do sell out many weekends. Do you provide daily rental rates? Only for beach equipment rented from our shop without delivery. What is your Cancellation Policy? If notice of cancellation is provided at least one week prior to your delivery date, you will not be charged. After that time, cancellation will carry a $50.00 cancellation fee. Can I add to or change my order later? Yes. To add onto your order, up to one week before your arrival, simply go online and place another order. To change an existing order at any time or to add onto an order less than a week before your arrival, call or email us and we will make our best effort to accommodate you. Do you confirm the rental? Yes. You will receive an email confirmation after you place your reservation online. If you order over the phone, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as we've entered the order into our system. When will my credit card be charged? We no longer take credit card information when ordering online. To complete payment, we will send you an emailed invoice approximately 1 week before your arrival. Please use the secure QuickBooks link in that email to make payment at that time. Can I pick up the rental items myself? Yes. If you are not staying in Avalon or Stone Harbor you may pickup and return your order at our Avalon location with pre-approval. Is there a delivery or pickup fee? No. What items need to be cleaned at the end of the rental period? You are not expected to clean the linens, towels, blankets, etc. How do we return the rental items? Rental items must be outside, in our supplied laundry bags and with the containers that they arrived in and ready for pickup by 9:00 am on the day of departure. Even if we made your beds before arrival, items must be place outside the rental property for pickup. Fees will be charged according to our Terms if we need to enter the rental property to retrieve our items. What happens if I lose an item? We may charge a fee representing the replacement cost of the item. |
