The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Ordering
Use our online store or give us a call. Set your arrival and departure dates and place your order. Unless you are booking within a week of arrival, we do not take payment at the time of your reservation.
Approximately 1 week before your arrival, we will e-mail you a QuickBooks payment link. Please pay that promptly to ensure your delivery. You have until that time to change or cancel your order. After that time, any cancellations will carry a $50.00 cancellation fee.
If, instead of canceling, you need to make changes to your order, please let us know before payment. We will try to accommodate last minute modifications to your order but are unable to make any guarantees.
Agree to Receive Text Messages
We may send two text messages having to do with your order. One on the night before your arrival to confirm that your order will be delivered. The second on the night before your check-out to remind you of your pickup time and to use our laundry bags for collection. Agreement with these Terms is also an agreement to receive these two texts.
Delivery
Deliveries are made between 10:00am and 5:00pm. All items will be appropriately packed, clean and dry.
You are responsible to check our delivery to ensure that you received all of the items that you ordered. You will be provided with an inventory to make this quick and easy. You are responsible to keep the containers that we use for delivery clean and safe. You will return these at the end of your stay.
During your Stay
Linens and towels are not replaced during the week. If you need additional items, please call or e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please do not use linens or towels (except for beach towels) at the beach.
If you wash our items during your stay, please wash whites separately. Please wash beach towels separately.
Departure Day
On the day of your departure, place all items to be returned in the laundry bags that were delivered with your items. Use the inventory that you received with your delivery to ensure that all items are being returned.
Even if we made your beds or delivered inside your rental property, you are responsible for stripping the beds and placing all rental items outside in the laundry bags.
Place laundry bags and delivery containers outside no later than 9:00am. A $50 fee will be charged if items are left locked inside the rental property. A $30 fee will be charged if our linens are left in a pile and we need to put them into the laundry bags ourselves. A $20/bed fee will be charged if sheets are left on the bed and we need to strip them.
Damage or Loss
Items must be returned undamaged. Replacement fees will be charged for missing or damaged beyond repair items based on the following fee schedule:
